Goal Reflection Day: Saptember 3rd-9th

It is yet again time for no one to read about the goals I may or may not have accomplished:

Build my first PG Gunpla: Due 12/31/18
DUUUUUDE I have the entire bottom sanded and now I just have to sand the torso arms and backpack! Then it is just as simple as putting it together. I am thinking about custom painting but I won't say for sure until I see it put together.

Eat healthier: Ongoing
I was thinking about this, and while I will still have it as a goal I don't think I will update the blog about it because Rok and I already tell you everything we eat and you can tell whether we have or not eaten healthy.

Weigh in under 200: Due 12/9/18
I weighed under 211 for the first time in a while, so that feels really good. I am not confident about hitting this goal but I am hopeful and am going to try and eat healthy and go to the gym four days a week.

Stream on Monday (maybe Fridays too): Ongoing
We have streamed the last couple Mondays and I am proud of us, I will try to continue to remember/push us to stream. We even streamed not this Friday but the one before!

Go Swimming on Wednesdays: Ongoing
We haven't necessarily gone swimming but we have done an activity that is equivalent for the last couple Wednesdays.

Thursday nights: Ongoing
I don't think I will keep this as a goal, we aren't working on any campaigns and I don't know if I want to run anymore campaigns any time soon.

Do yoga mornings: Ongoing
The same with swimming as with yoga. I have done yoga most mornings and the ones I didn't we took a morning walk around to wake us up and give us a chance to stretch out muscles.

Today I weighed: 212 lbs

Yesterday I ate:
> A bowl of Cheerios
> A lettuce, tomato, and bell pepper sandwich and white bread
> A packet of peanut butter and honey oatmeal

> A warmed up biscuit from KFC
> Several tortilla chips and salsa

Yesterday I drank: 84 oz of water

I have done my part of blogging for this week, let's see if Rok can do the same.

Stay cool.
