Goal Reflection Day: Saptember 17th-23rd

As you may have noticed I am more consistent than Rok, hopefully that will change. Here are some goals!


Build my first PG Gunpla: Due 12/31/18
I have the entire gundam put together except for the hands I still have to sand, but I really don't want. But after that Rok and I are going to take them apart and paint them! I also still need to paint the two mini figs that came with the kit. But all in all I think I am making good progress.


Weigh in under 200: Due 12/9/18
As of today I weigh under 210 lbs, so that is really exciting. I know it is possible to reach under 200 by my birthday but I am not sure if Rok and I will stick with it. I think we are getting better by the week though.


Stream on Monday (maybe Fridays too): Ongoing
We streamed the last two Monday's and we streamed last Friday, but this Friday our day was suddenly busy with one of our roommates cars breaking down. So that took most of our time up, hopefully nothing like this will happen any time soon and we can continue trying to stream on Monday and Friday.


Go Swimming on Wednesdays: Ongoing
We sure diddly done did this goal. Went swimming the past two Wednesdays even though we really didn't want to. We are going to switch to weight lifting as we get more into the colder months though.


Do yoga mornings: Ongoing
I haven't quite done yoga each morning or an equivalent, there were only two or three days but I want to try harder and do it every morning, excluding Saturdays.


Today I weighed: 209.3 lbs


Yesterday I ate:
> Scrambled eggs and spinach
> 1/4ish red bell pepper soup
> A cup of yogurt
> A packet of peanut butter and honey oatmeal
>A Chick'n sandwich on whole wheat bread


Yesterday I drank: 58 oz of water (more than I have been)


God damn it Rok please consistently blog this next week.
