Scehdule

Rok and I have a routine that we try, and usually fail, to stick to.
Sunday: The week starts out with us weighing ourselves and doing yoga something we do everyday besides Saturday. We don't Saturday for time reasons. But then Rok and I go to work for 8 and a half hours. Once we finally get to come home we have alone time for an unspecified amount of time then followed by some Wii Fit, and then the rest of the night where we do whatever, usually watch something or play video games.
Monday: We don't work so it is a bit more freeform of a day. We don't so much have a schedule, except going running at the gym with my Aunt after she gets off work, but we do have chores. On Monday's we clean our room and do laundry. We stream around 7-8 but before and after we don't usually do anything else besides play other video games. We have been better about getting out and doing things though.
Tuesdays: The basic weighing, yoga, work, then when we get home that is board game night where we take time and sit down and play a game with each other.
Wednesday: Weighing, yoga, work, then we go swimming at the gym and after that is more video games and possibly watching things.
Thursday: The same start but when we get home we work on campaigns and do wii fit. Then once again after that we usually play video games or watching something.
Friday: We weigh ourselves and do yoga, but then we go to the gym and lift weights or every other Friday before we lift weights we go clean my grandmas house. But we do clean clean our office and the inside and out of our car as part of our chores. Since I embarrassed myself with one of our groups of friends we don't have any other certain plans on Fridays. We are not sure if we will continue game night with them ever or if we will make other standing plans. But for now we are carefree and have nothing solid.
Saturday: We rush out of bed weigh ourselves and hurry out the door to get to work, where we sit for 8 and a half hours. Where afterwards we go to the gym with the same aunt and run more. After that it is more free time until we go to bed and then the week restarts.
 
Today I weighed: 215.2 lbs
 
Yesterday I ate:
>Three small pancakes with syrup
>Medium regular fries from Carl's Jr.
>Medium fried zucchini from the same
>A couple criss cut fries
 
Yesterday I drank: 72 oz of water

This blog was hard to write today because our work is apparently horribly understaffed and as such all of our calls our 10 seconds apart from each other and we aren't supposed to do things while on calls. So you either have to break the rules or have a very frustrating day if you want to get anything done.
