Goal Reflection Day: August 6th-12th
This has been a week, here are some goals I didn't achieve:
Build my first PG Gunpla: Due 12/31/18
We at least practiced with the airbrush so we are that little step closer to having the confidence to actually build our PGs.
Eat healthier: Ongoing
We haven't necessary eaten healthy but I can't say that we ate as bad as we have in the past, so there is something.
Weigh in under 200: Due 12/9/18
Second verse same as the first, nothing really new to report here. I found out that in about 7 months I have lost a total of about 6 pounds. More recently I have scme to realize how important dieting and exercise are but I love food so much and am very lazy, but hopefully I can dig myself out of this hole that my teenage self dug for me.
Today I weighed: 217.2
Yesterday I ate:
> Two cinnamon toast eggo waffles
> A can of vegetable soup
> A yogurt cup
> A Dominic pizza with no sausage from Mod Pizza
> Garlic bread made out of a hot dog bun
Yesterday I drank: 70 oz of water
This week started out solid and ended on a pretty low note for me. I think that at that session I got the most frustrated and upset I had ever been. I am pretty sure that is at least the biggest reaction I have ever had to these emotions. So remember once again to please in my stead:
