Small Failures
As I'm sure nobody noticed, I didn't post anything yesterday and there's no real reason for that other than I just totally spaced it. I don't feel too bad about it, but I definitely need to post today. I'm going to try to live under a motto I learned from Nerd Fitness years ago: Never miss two in a row. I think that's a good way to be; it's almost impossible not to screw up or forget something every now and then, but it's important to catch yourself quickly in order to remain consistent overall, which is something I've never been great at.
This morning, I weighed 183.9 lbs.
Yesterday I ate:
~ A plate of potato/egg hash
~ A cup of sweet potato and carrot soup
~ A cup of siggi's
~ A cup of apple cinnamon oatmeal
~ A peanut butter honey sandwich
~ A grilled cheese
~ A handful of all dressed chips
Tonight is swimming night and I'm feeling pretty up for that right now, but I'm hoping the day at work doesn't sap my will too much. I have a few different things to work on while I'm there, so that should help buoy my spirit through the day, but wish me luck.
