Sleep Deprived and Ready to Strive


I often don't feel like I have got enough sleep, even worse on Saturdays where I wake up earlier than I am used to. (As a side note I realize that I don't wake up that early I only wake up at around 9:30ish but I am only 20 years old and am used to sleeping in late. I am trying to change this about myself but it is difficult coming from a teenage hood of sleeping in and staying up late. So it is early for me personally, back to the point.) I often don't function right after waking up but on Saturdays it's a must. So I often feel sleep deprived and ready to strive. I try my best to do my job but I am just so sleepy that it is a challenge, and calls being as boring as they are makes it that much more challenging. I have never fallen asleep at work on a Saturday before though, so that is a win for me I think.


Today I weighed: 215


Yesterday I ate:
>Cold Scrammbled eggs
> A vegetarian sandwich form Cafe Zupas
> A California Cobb Salad from the same
> A cup of Wisconsin Caulifower soup from Zupas
> Two chick'n sliders


Yesterday I drank: 60ish oz of water

I have never fallen asleep on a Saturday due to sleepiness, but on a rare occasion I have other days never for very long. But one call I was not tired when it started but halfway through the call I wake up and several minutes had passed. I concluded that I fell asleep because the actual contents of the call was so boring it actually lulled me to sleep. So you know:
