Goal Reflection Day: August 13-19

I haven't been keeping up on my goals that well this week I don't think, but let's find out.

 

Keep the kitchen clean

I actually did this one pretty well. Most of the dishes are clean and I've been wiping down the counter. Good times.


Cook more

This one I have not been doing. Our recent realization that not all cheese is vegetarian is scaring us away from restaurants so that should help a bit.

 
Meditate every night

Again, I haven't done this one at all. I'm not sure how to make myself do this, but I'll hopefully figure something out.
 

Record an audiobook

I haven't done this one either, but I at least registered with a site that records public domain text, so I at least got a step into it.
 

Weigh in under 185 lbs.

Failed, I haven't lost any weight since the last Goal Reflection day. Ech.
 

This morning, I weighed 189.6 lbs.

 

Yesterday, I ate:

 
~ Two egg sandwiches

~ Peanut butter and honey sandwich

~ Stuffed celery

~ Nacho fries

~ Amy's pepperoni mac and cheese
 

Not the best couple weeks. I guess we'll see how I tackle the next few.
