Children's Card Games
I started playing Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Links on my phone and I'm quite enjoying envisioning Seto Kaiba just wandering around the town he's built, demolishing small children and laughing maniacally while deriding their skills. Kaiba you're the richest person and you do nothing with that money but purchase children's card games and facilitate their play in absurdly opulent manners, of course you can beat Micky the 7-year-old.
In any case, I've apparently found myself on a quest to play as many TCGs as possible, hopefully while also not getting too carried away with buying cards and with my phone and a hand-me-down iPad, there's never been a better time. It seems like all the most popular TCGs have free to play app versions of their games in the hopes of roping in rubes like myself who will absolutely end up spending all of their money on booster packs. I'm hoping my self-awareness in this regard will protect me somewhat, but that has yet to be seen.
This morning, I weighed 183.6 lbs
Yesterday, I ate:
~ Three pancakes
~ A handful of fried potatoes
~ 1/2 cup of almonds
~ A handful of all dressed chips
~ A PB&J
~ A bowl of Amy's chili mac
I tried to get into the Dragon Ball Z card game years ago, but I'm not sure if it's still in print because if I recall correctly, it wasn't very good and it was definitely horribly imbalanced, so might skip that one. I've heard the Legend of the Five Rings living card game is neat and might curb my appetite for boosters since all of the cards are easily available in a base game set and specific expansions instead of randomly dispersed in small foil envelopes, but there's only one way to find out and that probably won't happen for at least a week or several.
Take it easy!
