Wednesday Workouts

We have said in the past that we go swimming on Wednesdays but recently we have switched to lifting weights as it gets colder. We have been doing this mostly every Wednesday for the past little while. We even more recently decided to switch to free weights for two of the three weight lifting gym days we have. I was a little scared about it but I can see that it is better for you than using machines. It has been going well, we’ve gone twice now and are planning to go again tonight. It was much more tiring despite not using any weight to do the exercises. I think that will be good overall for us. But for now I will leave you with how much I weighed and what I ate.

Today I weighed: 207.5 lbs

Yesterday I ate:
> An egg and potato breakfast 

> About two cups pasta
> A small baggies of carrots dipped in ranch
> A bowl of honey bunches of oat

Yesterday I drank: 81 oz of water

If anyone is interested in the workouts we follow or the logs of what we lifted and how many reps we did one of us could probably post them later.
