Goal Reflection Day: Oct. 14
I've done a poor job of blogging this week. I posted on Tuesday, but apparently it showed up as having been posted last Tuesday. So that's obnoxious, especially since it's the only blog I've done this week. Go me.
I haven't been doing very well in other aspects of life either, unfortunately. Let's go over those a bit, shall we?
Weigh in at 179 lbs.
I got close to this a few different times over the last few weeks, but that was always followed by a rebound. I'm still not too far, so I'll renew this goal for the next couple weeks.
Re-record a demo reel
I haven't done this either. I haven't even really worked on it all that much. I did some work on it last Friday, but that sort of fell apart when I realized I'm not sure what I want my demo to sound like. Again, I'll have to renew this goal.
Call parents at least once a week
I'm pretty sure I've called my mom, but I've never had much issue with talking to her really, it's my dad I need to work on keeping in touch with. Sigh.
Shampoo and oil beard regularly
I did really well on this last week, but this week has been difficult with extenuating circumstances, so I'm trying, but not doing the best.
Figure out what I'm doing with my life
I haven't done much on this front, but despite this being the most important goal, it's also the most vague, so I feel a bit less bad about this one than my other, more specific goals. Still, I'll keep you updated.
This morning, I weighed 182.3 lbs.
Yesterday I ate:
~ A bowl of kix
~ Two bowls of ramen
~ A "chicken" sandwich
~ Too many oreos
Alu is getting over some sick, so we're starting to get back on track a bit. I'm sure something will come along to derail us soon enough.
