Goal Reflection Day: October 15th-21st
Hello fellow kids I am here with some updated goals:
Build my first PG Gunpla: Due 12/31/18
Second verse same as the first, I still have not made any work and I am slowly considering not painting my PG and calling it done.
Weigh in under 200: Due 12/9/18
I got to 205 this month, then promptly gained 2 pounds back, but I am still hopeful that I will be able to get under 200 by my birthday, and hopefully I will stay under 200 indefinitely.
Stream on Monday and Fridays: Ongoing
Oh! Oh! We did this one! This Friday was even a super long Splatooween stream!
Go Swimming on Wednesdays: Ongoing
We were sick recently so we haven't made it to the gym in about a week or two, but we are getting over it and hopefully we will go back tomorrow. (To be honest with you though I think I have been using the sick as a crutch to not do things that I really should be fine doing.)
Do yoga mornings: Ongoing
See above goal ^
Today I weighed: 206.4 lbs
Yesterday I ate:
> A couple spoonfuls of Cheerios
> About two cups of stir fry
> A yogurt cup
> Leftover Chick’n
> A couple bites of leftover fried rice
> A bowl of pesto pasta
Yesterday I drank: 48ish oz of water
Man this has been a week, but hopefully when I pass the baton to Rok this time a bunch of weird dumb things won't suddenly pop up and also hopefully he remembers to blog.
