Small Changes and Large Impacts

Every now and then Rok and I will realize how much our diet has changed. We'll eat a donut and think, maybe not another for a while. Or we'll take a lick of ice cream and not want to finish the rest of the cone massive cone. Or we will think about how we have gone down from using on average a big block of cheese, two loafs of bread and three boxes of pasta to using a small block of cheese one loaf of bread and one and a half boxes of pasta. Our diets are slowly getting better but I think the fact that it is so slow is going to help us keep the changes in the long run.

Today I weighed: 208.1 lbs

Yesterday I ate:
> A partial bowl of Olive Garden fettuccine alfredo
> A small bowl of salad from Olive Garden
> The rest of the salad
> The rest of the alfredo

Yesterday I drank: 40ish oz of water

I thought I gave too many examples of small changes but I could go on for a minute about the changes we've made without really noticing that we were making them. Anything chocolate is almost always to sweet. Soda taste like corn syrup. Double stufed Oreos have to much stuffing. The list goes on.

Stay cool.
