Goal Reflection Day: December 10th-16th


Hey! My teeth still hurt!


Weigh in under 200: Completed(ish)!
While I didn't hit this goal on the 9th, I have hit it by this Sunday so I am going to count it as completed!


Stream on Monday and Fridays: Ongoing
We have streamed probably.


Lift weights on Wednesdays: Ongoing
We have been sick my dudes and I had my wisdom teeth out, I am not actually sure when we will get back to this. It might be this Wednesday but I don't know when we will get back into our groove, hopefully soon.


Do yoga mornings: Ongoing
I am still unsure of how this will fit into our current schedule or if it will fit. I guess we will just wait and see.


Today I weighed: 198.9
