Another Personal Change in an Ever Changing World
As I said Monday Rok and I took a test that we didn't need to, that was the Accuplacer, we actually needed to take the TABE test. We are going to try take that test tomorrow, it is the next step in actually doing something to better our future. I was practicing for it quite a bit yesterday and I feel more prepared than I did for the Accuplacer test. To prepare for taking the actual machining course, they reason we have to take the TABE test, we have also asked for a schedule change that will allow us to go to the two days of class that we need to attend. But by doing so we have no true days off, as the two days we have off of work we will be attending class. But these tests and schedule changes, and schooling are so we can get into a career that we won't sit in front of our work building for a while because we don't want to go into work today or any day for that matter. Something that isn't the most uncommon where we work now. So I hope that these changes will be for the best and we can use them to enjoy our life more fully.
Today I weighed: 205.5 lbs
Yesterday I ate:
> A mini waffles with syrup
> Two Reese's cups
> About two cups of potato and broccoli
> A small baggie of celery
> A couple bites of some chili
Yesterday I drank: 64ish oz of water
While I am hopeful I am also scared about most things right now, I am scared I will not be able to pass the TABE test, I am scared I won't be able to pass the class, I am scared we won't be able to get jobs, I am scared. So while I am scared and waiting for it to pass, remember:
Stay cool.
