Goal Reflection day: July 23rd-29th

Once again we will ne looking back at the last two weeks and how I probably failed to accomplish the goals I set for myself!

Build my first PG Gunpla: Due 12/31/18
No progress, we keep saying we are going to practice with the airbrush, but as of now we still haven't

Eat healthier: Ongoing
I feel Rok and I have eaten better in the last two weeks than the preceding two but we aren't at peak health yet and I don't know if we will ever be

Weigh in under 200: Due 12/9/18
I haven't really been making any progress on this, my weight goes down a couple pounds on day and I get excited but then the next I gain a 2.5 back. But I feel like I am slowly taking weight loss more and more seriously for my health and mental faculties

Today I weighed: 219

Yesterday I ate:
> A small bowl of Rice Krispies
> Two Eggo cinnamon waffles
> The rest of the Mac and Cheese
> A bag of Cheetos
> Two uncooked cookies
> Three baked cookies

Yesterday I drank: 81 oz water

So those are some more updates on my goals, I will continue to update every other
