Goal Reflection Day: July 16-22
It's been a while since I last hosted goal reflection day and I can't remember a bunch of the goals I had, but I'll do my best to get as many as I can down here. I've let a lot of stuff slip for a bit, especially since the camping trip, so I'm going to need to ramp myself back up on some of these still.
Keep the kitchen clean
I think this is the one I've let go more than anything else. I'm planning on getting back on top of this tonight because I'm beginning to hate being in the kitchen again and that's not good for my next goal.
Cook more
I haven't been cooking as much as I probably should have, partially due to the previous goal, but I've also just let myself fall off on it in general. Again, if I can get the kitchen cleaned up, that should motivate me here at least somewhat.
Meditate every night
This is a new one, at least for this blog. I've wanted to get into doing this at a few points, but I've never followed through. I'm hoping this will improve our overall mindfulness, and therefore improve our chances of keeping up on goals.

Due Monday, July 23
I mentioned this a few days ago and that I planned on trying to do one on Friday, but I never got around to it. I'm putting this on here to try to motivate me to get it done.
Weigh in under 150 lbs.
Camping fluctuated my weight a bit strangely, so I'm reevaluating this goal. That's not to say I haven't been doing well in losing weight, but rethinking it, I bet I could reach 150 by my birthday, so I'm moving the goal up to January 26, 2019.
Weigh in under 185 lbs.
Due Sunday, August 5
Just this morning I broke 190, so I'm hopeful that I can keep it going and hit 185 by my next goal reflection day. But more specifically...
This morning, I weighed 189.6 lbs.
Yesterday, I ate:
~ Two buttered thick eggos
~ A siggi's cup
~ A banana
~ A Morningstar chicken sandwich
~ An Amy's Pad Thai plate
~ A Beyond Meat patty melt
Here's hoping I can tackle the next couple weeks with a renewed zeal and really bite into these goals!
Take it easy!
