Goal Reflection Day?

We don't have the best track record with goals, and we're really only adding to that with the last week or so. Most of our goals have exploded in one way or another, so I'm not sure whether I should bother really reflecting on them this week. That said, we're planning to start a push on Wednesday, so I suppose a review wouldn't be the worst idea.

So I guess here goes that!

 



Bench 100 lbs.

I'm no closer to this than I was last time, but I'm no further either, so I guess it's better than some of the other goals on here. Really this is pretty arbitrary, so I guess it's not that important, it would just be nice to know I'm getting stronger.



Tuesday Night Yoga

We were doing pretty well on this one until this week when we got distracted and didn't end up doing our yoga. We were just about to get new mats, too.



Morning Yoga

We've been on and off for quite a while on this, and we've actually been pretty all right on it the last couple of days, so no real problems here, I suppose, but no real progress either.



Lift Three Times per week

Another that we're usually pretty all right with, but we slip up just often enough that we can't really get anywhere with, consistency-wise.



Do Cardio Four Times per Week

I don't think we've ever done this one. We do cardio on occasion, but nowhere near four times a week. I guess we'll need to really push this one. It will probably get easier when it warms up enough to actually go outside.



Reach Weight Goal

I'm not really quite sure what my final weight goal should be. Maybe someday I can get down to 140ish, but we'll have to see. First things first, I'll have to get back under 180.



Meal prep

We've actually been good at doing this, but we haven't been taking advantage of it as strongly as we probably should. We've been getting a lot of pizza lately, even though we really already have food prepared. It's really nice for lunches though.



Log Food

I don't think I've logged my food at all this week. I'm not sure how necessary it will be once we start our diet push, especially calorie-wise, but I should probably get back on it in some form or another anyway.



Stream Every Monday/Friday

This one is pretty fun, so we don't have much issue with getting it done. We've even gotten a few followers when we play Splatoon. Not so much on Fridays when I get to choose the game though.



Fill Water Time

I've been pretty bad about this for a while. I honestly don't remember the last time I've actually filled this one, but I've gotten pretty close.



Brush Teeth Morning and night

We're absolutely terrible at remembering to brush our teeth at night, but pretty good at remembering in the morning, so that's something!

 

Anyway, on my next goal reflection day, we should be on the tail end of Phase 1 of the South Beach thingy, so we'll see how that treats us!
