Goal Reflection Day: February 24th, 2019
I didn't blog two of the four I was supposed to. I think this new setup is both good and bad for that reason. I don't worry so much about blogging so I don't write nothing blogs, but also sometimes I just don't blog. Oh well, there's no use in worrying about things I can't change. Now onto goals:
Fitness Based Goals Reach Weight Goal (160 lbs) | I have been fluctuating on this goal for a minute. We went a bit to crazy after phase one was up. But we are coming back down and are getting back into the diet and being more true to phase two. I am over 200 still but only just. I am looking forward to continuing this diet and hoping we can still retain some self control now that are restrictions have loosened.
This morning, I weighed: 200.5 lbs. |
Lift Three Times per week |
We stopped going to the gym while our bodies adjusted to no carbs. But we kept not going u fortunately. But we are planning on going back tomorrow and starting out easier on ourselves.
Do Cardio Four Times per Week |
Once again, unfortunately, second verse same as the first.
Do Morning Yoga |
I have no good news to report here and I am starting to doubt I am going to anytime soon.
Lifestyle Based Goals
Meal Prep Every Week |
This seems a little silly to keep as a goal considering we have consecutively kept it up since we said we were actually started. Considering that we have been doing this one consistently I might take it off my Goal Reflection Day blogs in the future.
Stream Every Monday/Friday |
We relapsed on this a little bit. We didn't stream Monday because our day was suddenly busy, then we didn't stream on Friday because we fell asleep around 10 instead. This week was a fluke and I will stand by that until this happens frequently enough I have to face the truth. Drink Enough Water Daily |
I am real bad at drinking water dude. I am not sure I have hit this goal more than once or twice this week at least. I really got to drink more water. sgh
Log Food Daily |
I fell off the wagon with this a little bit, I have been trying but sometimes I just forget or don't know how/ have the motivation to log some of my food.
We haven't been great at keeping up with goals this week. Hopefully we will be better next week. While we try:
