Goal Reflection Day: January 13th, 2019
Hey, I bet you may or may not know what time it is! It's Goal Reflection Time!
Fitness Based Goals
Attach Loot to My Goals |
I have attached loot to my goals, but I still need to attach time frames to the goals themselves, so this I am counting as half done for right now.
Reach Weight Goal (160 lbs) |
I have not weighed below 200 in the last two weeks but I also haven't weighed in above 203 so there is something. My diet has been sloppy and included to much candy from Christmas and monsters to stay awake, but I am hoping meal prep will help us eat healthier foods. This morning, I weighed 201.4 lbs.
Lift Three Times per week |
Even though we didn't want to, we made it to the gym for lifting all of the assigned days the last two weeks. We are seeing improvement in our ability to lift and that is exciting to me. We have been stuck at bench-pressing only 30 pounds, but I am hoping we can move on to 35 or 40 next gym session. We will see!
Do Cardio Four Times per Week |
Every cardio day except last Saturday we have achieved cardio. We eat out on Saturday's just to make going to the gym a little easier, so last Saturday we thought about going to IHOP. Then on the way we decided we could do Wii Fit at home after we eat. Then we didn't do Wii Fit at home because we are not yet trustable human beings.
Do Morning Yoga |
If I remember correctly, I have achieved goal completion for the last two weeks at least, with morning meaning after we lift at the gym for Mondays and Wednesdays.
Lifestyle Based Goals
Meal Prep Every Week |
We actually prepped meals last Monday and this week was great, just throwing some premade food in the microwave and relaxing. I hope we achieve meal prep tomorrow, I think we can do it!
Stream Every Monday/Friday |
We aren't very good at streaming but we did these last two weeks. With minor difficulties and failure on our part. This most recent stream we were silent for the first 30 minutes because for some reason our mic wasn't working :T. But we are trying to get better by streaming every Monday at 10AM and Friday at 10PM Mountain Time at twitch.tv/datenightgames
Drink Enough Water Daily |
I haven't achieved 100% this week but I think I got at least 80%, so that is better than last goal reflection day! I am still shooting for 100% but it is hard when I get distracted with things I like to do, like draw dogs.
Log Food Daily |
Like with water I don't think I got 100%, but I think I did hit probably at least in the 90's. I think I dropped a couple things here and there but for the most part I logged all of my meals, so that is something!
This week has been something, I haven't felt the best mentally but I am trying to work on that. But enough about that:
