Saturdays

Saturdays can be a bit tough because we have to get an earlier start than usual. What makes it especially difficult from a nutrition perspective is that I often don't have time to make us lunch. Occasionally, I'll find time to make something ahead of time on Fridays, but we usually fall back on leftovers or the nearby Del Taco, which makes for a hectic lunch break. I'm making it a goal to be more consistent with making lunch for Saturdays.
We had leftovers specifically set aside this week, but I'm not sure if that counts.

This morning, I weighed 196.9

Today I ate

~ A Jamba juice watermelon smoothie
~ Half a bowl of cheesy pasta from Noodles
~ A cup of tomato basil bisque
~ Half an ultimate grilled cheese from Cafe Zupas
~ A bowl of ice cream
~ 14 Ritz crackers
~ Half an Amy's vegetable lasagna

Here's what we did at the gym:

~ We swam in our apartment complex pool

The nice thing about getting started earlier is that we finish earlier as well, so we can usually get to the gym after work without much trouble.
