Goal Reflection Day: June 11-17

I've missed the last couple of days entirely, so not writing things ahead of time is off to a poor start, but I thought Goal Reflection Day would be particularly important to be consistent with.
I've felt pretty good this week. E3 just came and gone, leaving behind the hype for a new Smash Bros. and Alu found out she's getting the time off that she requested in January, which means we get to attend her family's annual "But only this one time" Independence Day camping week, so good times.
 
As for goals:
 
Prep Lunch for Saturday: Ongoing
I succeeded in prepping lunch ahead of time this week. Not much else to say here, but it's a good start.
 
Get nook Checked Out: Incomplete - Deadline, June 11
This one fell through, unfortunately. It's bound to happen, but I'm trying to keep it as rare as possible.
 
Keep Kitchen Clean: Ongoing
The kitchen is staying clean enough to cook in with no hassle, which has indeed made it much more enjoyable. I've even taken inventory of all the food and spices so we know exactly what we have and when we need to replace it. Next, to figure out the prices of things so we can plan our budget for trips to the store.

 
Drink Water on Days Off: Ongoing
Alu and I both did poorly here this week. We both have water tracking apps on our phones, so it's easy to see when we haven't drank enough for today, which we didn't on Monday or Friday this week.

This one is softer, but a goal nonetheless. A goal which has gone unachieved so far. I'll have to be more mindful.

 
Weigh in at <150 lbs.: Incomplete - Deadline, June 30, 2019
I probably won't include this one most of the time, since it's pretty redundant with the next one being just a more specific version.
 
Weigh in at <193 lbs.: Incomplete - Deaadline, June 22, 2018
I'm very close to this one, so I'm feeling good about completing it on time unless I backslide immediately.
 
This morning, I weighed 193.1 lbs.
 
Yesterday I ate:
~ A bowl of rice chex
~ A serving of veggie stir fry (a bit too salty, I'll have to ease up on the soy sauce)
~ A Café Zupas ultimate grilled cheese
~ A mixture of tomato basil bisque and Wisconsin cauliflour soups from Café Zupas
~ A roll
~ A chocolate dipped strawberry
 
I'm changing the format a bit to log the food I ate yesterday instead of today. This way, I'll be able to post earlier in the day, since I won't have to wait until I eat dinner at night even after I've finished writing the entry for the day. Since I missed posting yesterday anyway, I figured this would be a good opportunity to make that shift.
